Also your panels are really big, you can easily split them up to strips so you can publish more often. What really works is draw two, post one. Then when you have something come up you have a stock pile. It isn't as hard as you think. Trust me. When you finish the second post the first. Also be firm with yourself. Schedule a set time every week for drawing. It isn't about fast. It's about consistent. I sat down and figured out exactly the amount of time it took to turn my storyboard into a comic and gave myself a couple pockets of time with room to spare. You can do it!
