J’accuse is French for “I accuse” and was made famous in 1898 as the title of a letter by Emile Zola published in a newspaper. Zola accused the president of France and the government of mismanaging the trial of Dryfuss. The government tried to arrest Zola for liable, but he fled to England. He later returned to France after his charges were vindicated by a later administration. Your history lesson is over. Class dismissed.

It is a bit fuzzy. But just a tad. The image is actually 825 x 711 pixels. But, on the web page is has been reduced to 820 x 707 pixels. That causes the thinner lines to appear out of focus. The background fuzzy is intentional and done by using a Gaussian blur feature on some drawing programs. Once the layer is blurred, the main characters are then added.
